LIMITED WARRANTY for OFFICE PRODUCTS

Warranty MAX USA CORP, warrantor, hereby
warrants that your MAX product is free from defects
in material and workmanship for a period of one year
from date of purchase for parts and ninety (90) days
for labor, when used in compliance with the warrantor’s
maintenance instructions which will constitute reasonable
and necessary maintenance by the consumer. |

Claim: Within the warranty period described above,
if the MAX product is defective in workmanship or material,
the warrantor will repair the MAX product, without charge,
with the exception of handling and transportation charges,
when the defective MAX product is returned to us together
with proof of date of purchase. The warrantor shall
not be responsible for any transportation costs incurred
by the consumer in returning a defective MAX product
to an authorized MAX dealer. |

Exclusions:
| a) |
Any modifications made on this product to charge
in any way it’s design, features or functions
without written consent from MAX USA CORP will
totally void this warranty. |
| b) |
involved in an accident or subject to misuse
or neglect. |
| c) |
sold by the consumer. |
| d) |
tampered with or repaired with parts other
than parts approved by MAX USA CORP. |
| e) |
repaired by other than MAX USA CORP. |
| f) |
leased, rented or used in any other commercial
service.
THE WARRANTY PROVED HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
EXPRESS WARRANTIES ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULUR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED TO THE TERM
OF THE WARRANTY PROVED HEREIN, ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS
OR LIABILITES, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ON THE PART OF MAX USA CORP AND ANY SUPPLIER
OR DEALER ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. |

Some states do not allow limitations on how
long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation
may not apply to you. Some states do not allow
the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential
damages, so the above limitation or exclusions
may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.

Although it is not mandatory, to avoid unnecessary
difficulties in determining your eligibility for warranty
work, we suggest you fill out your registration card
and mail it to MAX USA CORP, 257 East 2nd Street Mineola,
NY11501-9882, within ten (10) days after purchase of
MAX product. |
