Rebates are available for U.S. end-user customers who purchase a new CN445R3 SUPERROOFER, SN883RH3 SUPERFRAMER, or SN890CH3/34 SUPERFRAMER from a participating MAX authorized dealer, during the promotion period. In general, claims must be submitted within 15 days from the last day of the promotion (Deadline: August 15, 2019).  Only purchases made by U.S. end-user customers with a valid U.S. mailing address are eligible; MAX  resellers, agents, dealers, distributors, e-tailers and retailers are not eligible. Rebate gift cards are payable in U.S. dollars and are mailed directly to end-user customers. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of rebate gift cards. All rebate claims are subject to MAX final review and approval. End-user customers should keep copies of all rebate submission documents; all documents submitted to MAX USA Corp. become the property of MAX USA Corp. and will not be returned. MAX retains the right to request additional information when processing a rebate submission request. MAX is not responsible for lost, late, missing, illegible or misdirected submissions. If a rebate submission is incomplete or fails to meet any of the rebate terms and conditions, no rebate will be issued. End-user customers must acknowledge and accept the current terms and conditions at the time a rebate claim is submitted.
